Brief Profile of the Company

Agarwal Toughened Glass India Pvt. Ltd.is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) on 30/10/2009 by Shri Mahesh Kumar Agarwal and Shri Uma Shankar Agarwal having its registered office at F-2264,RIICO Industrial Area, Ramchandrapura, Sitapura(Ext.) Jaipur (Rajasthan, India).

Agarwal Toughened Glass India Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned group of Jaipur and is engaged in manufacturing of toughened Glass.

Promoters/ Directors

The promoters of the project have vast experience, expertise in glass businesses. The core management team comprises of experienced management and engineering professionals having varied nature of experience in many green field projects.

Mr. Uma Shankar Agarwal, graduate aged 42 years is heading the group. Mr. Agarwal is the Chairman of Agarwal Toughened Glass India Pvt. Ltd. He is having vast experience of management and administration for running business in Glass and Toughened Glass. Mr. Agarwal is always proactive in learning new development and dimensions of the economy.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar Agarwal, graduate and aged 39 years is managing the group. With his vast experience in the business of Glass and Toughened Glass. Mr. Agarwal is managing day to day activity of company and handling orders.
